Furniture Concepts

I began by sketching out some ideas for the furniture that I had and continued to ideate and change details till I ended up with 3 different concepts.

Inspiration

My thermoformed plastic idea for the furniture was inspired by the pieces that you see below

Prototype

In order to understand how this concept would work, I 3d printed 1:8 scale 3d printed models of the furniture

3D Modeling the Furniture

I then started to model the furniture in CAD

Proposed Furniture Concept

I then modeled the environment around the furniture to show how it might be used in a home. I used Keyshot to generate the photo-realistic render.
